Settings overview

The Settings page is where you manage the account-level pieces of WhatPro — the things that apply across every flow and feature.

Connect or reconnect your Meta WhatsApp Business Account, view the connected number, and see its health. If the connection expires (for example, Meta’s access token is revoked), the dashboard surfaces a reconnect banner — fixing it here restores sending. See Connect WhatsApp API.

WhatPro can send each customer the message variant that matches their language. This is controlled by:

  • A per-shop language toggle in Settings, and
  • Your plan — sending in the customer’s language automatically is a Plus feature. On lower plans, each flow sends in the single language you chose for it. See Languages & translations.

WhatPro also integrates with Shopify’s Translate & Adapt so storefront-facing copy (popups, the chat button) can be translated there.

Store-level details — currency, billing country, primary language, and contact email — are read from Shopify and kept in sync automatically whenever you change them in your Shopify settings.
