Campaign Limits
Campaigns are gated by plan. This page covers which plans include campaigns and the caps that apply when you launch.
Which plans include campaigns

Growth caps
Section titled “Growth caps”On the Growth plan:
- 1 campaign per calendar month. Launching counts against this limit; the count resets at the start of each calendar month.
- Up to 250 recipients per campaign. This is the number of eligible recipients after the opt-in and de-duplication filters run — see /campaigns/audiences/.
Plus caps
Section titled “Plus caps”On the Plus plan, campaigns and recipients are unlimited.
When a limit is reached
Section titled “When a limit is reached”Caps are enforced at launch only. If a launch would exceed a cap, it’s blocked with a clear message and a prompt to upgrade. There are two checks:

| Monthly cap | You’ve already launched the maximum number of campaigns this calendar month. |
In both cases nothing is sent and no campaign is created. Upgrade to Plus for unlimited campaigns and recipients.
Drafts are always free
Section titled “Drafts are always free”Saving a campaign as a draft never counts against either cap. You can build and store as many drafts as you like on any plan that includes campaigns, and only the launch is subject to the limits above.
